Little Art Books are basic tools for inspiration and process.

When you're at a tough spot in your studio practice, when you need a break from your routine, when you want to play with no pressure, making a little art book like the X-Book is the perfect answer.

It's folded from a single piece of paper (9x12" is a good size) and you can deck it out to your heart's content once it's folded. It can then become part of a larger work or it can delight a friend as a small handmade gift. The X-Book is much like the Lotus Book and the Chapbook, two other workshop tutorials here on Teachable that I offer you absolutely free.
