The Listening Vessel: For Stories Spoken and Unspoken

This workshop is about developing a relationship with your work as a listener—an object that receives stories, absorbs meaning, and offers a place for things to rest. Some of these stories are clear and remembered. Others are partial, unfinished, or never spoken at all. The vessel does not ask them to be complete—it simply makes room for them to exist. Like a whispered secret offered into a small, protected space, the Listening Vessel becomes a place of quiet trust—where what is given does not need to be explained or revealed, only held. The Listening Vessel becomes a space for presence rather than answers— a place where stories and meaning can gather in their own time, and where not knowing is allowed to remain.
